This week we had to work out the size of the door to begin constructing it, after we got the measurements we made a lintel out of two pieces of 4 by 2. We both learnt what a lintel is and what its importance is in a building and why its safe to stand under a door frame in an invent of an earthquake. After we squared the frame and nailed the lintel in we did same as we do lining every other wall we have done.
