These two weeks we have finished digging the pile holes and concreted them. We also drilled holes through the bearers and piles to put the bolts through to secure the structure.
The last line of piles we went back to the original plan because we could span the distance between the tyres with a 3m (100x75) post and put the smaller bearer on top of the pile and fixed it down with z-nails.
There was another problem with the last line of piles because we found a big old concrete slab where we wanted to put a pile. We had to move the last pile slightly over and put it right next to the slab.
